Moms Rock! Mothers Day Giveaway

We are approaching that time of year where we dedicate a day to celebrating our moms. I don't know about you, but I feel like I have the most amazing mother. I really don't know what I'd do without her!  Now that I'm a mommy myself, I appreciate even more all that my mom has done for me.

In honor of all the wonderful moms out there, I've decided to hold a special giveaway. One lucky mama will win a 30 minute session with me, a private online gallery, and 5 digital files (a $200 value!). In addition to the portrait session, these local sponsors have also graciously contributed some amazing prizes!

i LOVE the snuggles i get from my boys when they are sleepy or need comfort. a baby's head on your shoulder makes all of the dirty diapers, disobeying, and disciplining totally worthwhile!
i would love to win a photo shoot to update our family pics.

The best part of being a mom is when my daughter became a mommie. The day she gave birth and held her son was incredible. She is such an amazing mom, and I feel wonderful that I was a part of that.

The best part about being a mom is that every day is a new day. Watching my boys grow, learn new things, say silly things...it's never a dull day!

The best part of being a Mommy is watching my kids learn new things every day and become more and more independent. I am amazed as to how much they can do on their own, my 7 year old just sewed up his stuffed animal by himself! And feeling my little one move around inside me...even if it makes my body ache!

To me, the best part of being a mom is the joy I feel when I have made my kids proud of me. I am a SAHM and volunteer at their school. When the other kids say that they wish their parents helped like I do or how they think it’s "cool" that I dress up as a fairy and read to the kinder classes (and perhaps a little embarrassing). To see them smile and say – yep, that’s MY mom.. makes everything I do worth every second!

My favorite thing about being a mom is how happy it makes me. I love being a SAHM and I know it's where I am supposed to be. My kids mean more than anything else to me and I love being able to watch them grow up and learn new things everyday! I'm pregnant with our third child now and I remember how difficult it can be, but how tremendously rewarding it is to be a parent!!

I love all those wet kisses and tight hugs my kids give me! Or when my son tells me the food I have made for him is "duh-licious".

My favorite thing about being a mom is watching the look of pride on one of my kid's faces when they accomplish something difficult. That, or maybe their hugs and kisses.

I would love to win the photo shoot!

What I love about being a mom to three sons, is when they write down their memories for me, like when a school assignment asked them to write what they were thankful for and "seeing my mom when I get home from school" and "my mom's cinnamon cake" or when the oldest lets me hug him goodbye still (he's 14 now). I know how much I am loved every single day.

I thought I'd commented already regarding what I love most about being a mom, but I guess it didn't show up. I have to say that one of my favorite things about being a mom is seeing my babies learn and the lights go on. I love cuddling them and being the one who knows what their babbles mean and the one who can calm them.

Favorite thing about being a mom is the way they smile at you in the morning when you get them from bed. And how you are there favorite person in the hole world. How after a horrible day all they have to do is reach for you and sniggle you, you can feel all the anger slip away. How they replace bad feelings with good. Hard hearts to soft ones and most importantly love you unconditionaly. Gods gift to us is in fact his own children. And i. Am blessed to have been trusted with one of his daughters to love as my own. And the oppertunity to live with my family for eturnity being their mother is the best!!!
